Our Children, Our Future will recognize the contribution of our award recipients at our 17th Annual Champions for Children Awards Luncheon on Wednesday, April 26, 2017.
Junior Volunteer: An individual under the age of 13 whose efforts have significantly improved the well-being of children in our community.
Youth Volunteer: An individual between the age of 13 and 18 whose efforts have significantly improved the well-being of children in our community.
Volunteer: An individual over the age of 18 whose efforts have significantly improved the well-being of children in our community.
Group: A group of individuals who, through their work and innovation, has significantly improved the well-being of children in our community.
Business: An organization who, through their work and innovation, has significantly improved the well-being of children in our community.
Nominations are open and close March 17th at 4:00PM.

Regulations
- All Nominations must be received no later than Nominations are open and close March 17th at 4:00PM.
- Nominees must reside or do business in the District of Sudbury and Manitoulin.
- Material submitted with or in support of any nomination shall be received by OCOF/Nena on the condition that:
- The organization may make such disclosure of the names of Nominees and their Nominators and of the contribution disclosed in such material as the organization considers appropriate.
- No claim shall be made and no action shall be brought against the organization, its Directors, Officers, employees or members of the Selection Committee arising out of the use made of such material or of any such disclosure.
- It is understood that the Selection Committee will review this nomination for the purpose of awarding the Champion for Children Awards. As part of this process, the Nominator may be asked to provide additional information in support of his/her nomination.
- Employees and Board of Directors of OCOF/Nena including their immediate families are not eligible for nomination, nor may they submit a nomination.
- The decision of the award recipients by the Selection Committee is final.
